The new Harben® Drainmaster is Flowplants most technically advanced jetting unit so far. It is packed with features that make it safe and easy to use allowing operators to work efficiently throughout their entire shift.
The machine delivers 4000 psi (275 bar) at 13 gpm (60 lpm) making it ideal for flushing and descaling sewers up to 12” (300mm) diameter. Power is provided by a 48hp diesel engine with a heat exchanger cooling system that replaces the traditional radiator set up. The heat exchanger saves weight, reduces noise and means that the jetter has the option of being run with the van doors shut where security may be an issue.
The water tank comes in two sizes, 90 gallon (390 litres) or 180 gallon (780 litres) and it is filled by an inlet hose reel with 80ft (25m) of hose or a quick fill hydrant connection where hydrant access is available.

New on the Drainmaster is the 135o pivoting hose reel that swings out from the rear of the vehicle. The reel can be locked in several positions allowing the high pressure hose to face directly towards the manhole being cleaned. This makes hose re-winding a simple and lightweight task reducing the stress and strain on employees and machine alike.
A full radio remote system can also be fitted providing hand held control of the high pressure water jet, hose reel re-wind, engine speed and remote stop, all from up to 150m away from the vehicle. The system conforms to EN 954-1 Category 4, the highest standard currently available.
