 Flowplant Group design, develop and manufacture high pressure pumps, intensifiers and control valves for almost every industrial application. A-Frame
A wide range of performance options with max pressures from 140 Bar (2,000psi) to 350 Bar (5,000psi) and max flows from 18 L/min (4gpm) to 45 L/min (10gpm) The A-Frame series are three-wheel trolley mounted electric powered jetting units featuring the Harben P-Type Pump. A-Frames are fitted with a steering arm, lifting eye, 300ft capacity manual hose reel and water break tank complete with ball valve. Century Series
A wide range of performance options with max pressures from 470 Bar (6,800psi) to 700 Bar (10,000psi) and max flows from 52 L/min (11.5gpm) to 155 L/min (34gpm)The Century Skid is a heavy-duty, industrial high-pressure cleaning unit with a unique feature - the Harben Century pump. The Century pump has some remarkable features including a wide flow variance over various pressures up to 700 Bar. This feature enables the contractor to have a jetting system capable of tackling industrial surface preparation tasks at high pressure, and to also have the capacity to clean large diameter pipes at lower pressures. For example the 822.519 Century pump produces 55 L/min at 700 Bar, and 100 L/min at 140 Bar - just by changing the nozzle! The Century Series is available on a wide range of heavy-duty skid frames and trolleys. The unit can be mounted on a simple skid with integral fork-lift channels for ease of portability, on a robust four-wheel site trolley with a crash frame, steerable front axle and towing boom, or built specifically for a wide range of offshore specifications. Trailer Unit
The Hydroblaster trailers provide an extremely high level of performance and have a proven record of reliability in some of the most arduous operating areas. The heavy-duty Hydroblaster trailer is designed primarily for concrete hydrodemolition and for high-pressure work within the petrochemical industry, and is based on the wide bodied Neolith series trailer. The Hydroblaster skids use the same pump and power package as the trailer and can be mounted on a simple base plate or within a crash frame. Both skid types come with forklift channels, whilst the crash frame version also has four point lifting eyes. It can also be fully enclosed if a silenced option is required. Data sheet
