Nowhere is this more evident in Flowplant's range of drain and sewer cleaning equipment. From the hot and cold pressure washers, through the Harben, Neolith and Aqua range of trailers and vanpacks to the 700 Bar Harben Century units, Flowplant has the right machine for the task.
Harben Pumps
The revolutionary Harben radial-piston diaphragm pumps offer variable pressure and flow rates without piston changes in a compact and lightweight package with a high power-to-weight ratio. As there are no piston seals in Harben pumps, the pumps can run dry without causing damage to the pump. Harben pumps can even pump sea water without modification, with filtration to only 150 micron.
The 'P' Type pumps produce pressures to 420 Bar (6,000psi) and flows to 70 LPM (15.4gpm), while Century Series pumps produce up to 700 Bar (10,000psi) and flows to 155 LPM (34gpm).
Aqua Pumps
Aqua plunger pumps produce pressures to 2,750 Bar (40,000psi) and flows to 660LPM (145gpm). With quick-change plunger sets and a high power to weight ratio, Neolith plunger pumps give high performance with low service costs. |

The DTB 500 is a worthy replacement for the hugely popular DTB trailer mounted jetting unit. It has an all new chassis which has been strengthened and stiffened to take the 500 litre (110 gallon) rotationally moulded water tanks. Power to drive the Harben P type pump comes from the latest Yanmar emission compliant engine, one of the quietest available, capable of delivering 275 Bar (4,000psi) at 59 L/min (13gpm) – ideal for the toughest drain cleaning jobs. The Century Trailer is a heavy-duty, industrial high-pressure cleaning unit with a unique feature - the Harben Century pump. The Century pump has all the same remarkable features as the P-Type pump, but has a remarkable flow variance over various pressures up to 700 Bar.
This feature enable the contractor to have a jetting system capable of tackling industrial surface preparation tasks at high pressure, and to also have the capacity to clean large diameter pipes at lower pressures. For example the 822.519 Century pump produces 55 L/min at 700 Bar, and 100 L/min at 140 Bar - just by changing the nozzle!
Advanced trailer design and options of a variable speed hydraulic rewind hose reel have made the Century Trailer on of our most widely sold jetting systems.
The Century Series is also available on a wide range of heavy-duty skid frames. The unit can be mounted on a simple skid with integral fork-lift channels for ease of portability, as well as a wide range of offshore specifications. Data Sheet
