Model : Flowplant type DV2028/60/600 high pressure water jetting vehicle. Performance : Pressure to 2,200 PSI and flows to 28 IGPM. Pump : Neolith P55 triplex single-acting, positive displacement reciprocating plunger pump. High grade cast iron crankcase, oil bath splash lubrication, ceramic plungers, stainless steel packing sleeves and valves, stainless steel block fluid head (optional bronze available) with easy access to all wetted parts. Engine : Four cylinder water cooled diesel engine.  Produces 45kW (60hp) at 2500rpm. Instrumentation includes charging, oil pressure and coolant temperature indicator lamps. Water Storage : 600 gallon bespoke tanks mounted across the chassis and allowing for work bench to the front and storage space over the hose reel assembly.  Side mounted filling access with non return siphoning system as approved by Water Authority Regulations. Tank is fitted with heavy duty inline filter. Max capacity will be 600 gallons dependent upon chassis and body type. Instrumentation : All controls and full instrumentation are group mounted at the rear of the vehicle, alongside the main hose reel for ease of operation and include: Fluid damped pressure gauge RPM meter Hours run meter Throttle control High pressure control/dump selector valve Hose Reel : Twin rear mounted heavy duty high pressure hose reels. One with a capacity in excess of 300' x ¾” high pressure hose is direct driven by hydraulic motor fitted with power control valve and for speed control in/out and free wheel facility. Manual hose feed guide is fitted. All covered by fold out rear canopy to provide operator weather protection. An additional hydraulically operated auxiliary hose reel with a capacity of 300’ x ½” high-pressure hose is also fitted into the rear hose reel compartment. This will be jetted to provide 2,200 psi @ 16 gpm. Interior : Pump anti-freeze tank is fitted as standard
