Neil looks after all our UK spares sales. Before joining the sales team he worked in our assembly department building and testing units. He has a great knowledge of all our machines and accessories and will be able to help with any enquiries you have.
Mark has been in the water jetting industry for over 30 years so there isn’t a lot he doesn’t know about our machines and how they can help with your applications. Mark is a Water Jetting Association approved instructor.
Peter looks after our Scottish customers, taking care of new sales, servicing and parts for all our water jetting units. He is also our resident expert on Neolith building cleaning chemicals. Peter is a Water Jetting Association approved instructor.
Barry is a familiar face in the water jetting industry and he appoints and supports our growing group of overseas distributors. His extensive knowledge of specialist water jetting systems has helped our global customers with a huge range of water jetting applications.
Richard “Archie” Andrews is our office based export support specialist, quoting and shipping equipment all over the world. He has a vast knowledge of our complete range right down to individual parts level.
If you need your Flowplant machine serviced or your operators trained Ash will help you get this organised. She looks after all bookings for our WJA trainers and our service engineers so give her a call and we’ll keep your staff and your machines up to date and working safely.
Chris has travelled the world, training operators and commissioning water jetting equipment. He provides technical support and training for our field based service teams. Chris is also a Water Jetting Association approved instructor.
Steve is our Engineering Director and he heads up our engineering and quality departments. Since joining Flowplant in 2012 Steve has overseen the successful delivery of the largest projects in our 50 year history. His expertise extends beyond pumps, into control systems and logic programming.
Ed heads up or quality department and takes care of our MOD contracts. As Quality Manager he has responsibility for ensuring that our many quality certifications are kept up to date and that our quality procedures are flowed down into our supply chain, monitored and enforced.
Tim works in the Flowplant engineering department. He is an experienced project engineer and holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He spends his days working on the design of our bespoke projects and our standard jetter range.
Nigel works in the Flowplant engineering department. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering with particular experience in trailer design and certification. As well as working on our latest trailer ranges he looks after bespoke projects.
Michelle works in our purchasing team as Purchasing & Logistics Executive. She is responsible for placing orders on suppliers and making sure parts arrive on time, so our production department can keep building Flowplant jetting equipment.
