Steve Sampson, Director of Somerset based S & D Services, explained the reason for his latest purchase: ‘One facet of our business is cleaning chemical tanks and we have been using a Super 6 that we purchased from Flowplant over 26 years ago. Knowing that Flowplant jetters just don’t go wrong we decided to invest in a 115 Series van pack, which does the same job with less water thanks to its modern design. Even though the Super 6 is still operational we are always looking for ways to improve our processes, providing our customers with the best possible service.’
Steve went on to say: ‘Flowplant’s new generation, enclosed jetters are smaller, but provide great performance. This is also enhanced by the range of accessories that they offer.’
S & D Services have been servicing Somerset and Dorset for over 30 years, but also operate nationwide providing specialist services. In order to meet their customer’s needs it is imperative that their equipment is always fully functional. Steve explained that our aftersales service has also played a part in his decision to choose Flowplant. ‘When our jetters need maintaining Flowplant will always do their best to get an engineer to our site as quickly as possible.’
As a responsible employer, S & D Services also ensure that their staff complete the Water Jetting Association Safety Awareness training course. The courses are conducted at our Service Centres, providing the added benefit of being able to schedule routine maintenance of the jetters when their engineers are attending a course.
