Harben jetters & pumps have been a worldwide industry leader since our invention of the radial piston diaphragm ‘P’ type pump in 1970. The ‘P’ type pump was initially designed for use in the industrial cleaning market but after extensive research and a decade of successfully building water jetters we realized that there was a requirement for high quality, reliable drain jetters in the US. In 1981 Harben Inc. opened its doors in Atlanta, Georgia introducing the concept of high pressure – low flow jetting technology. In addition to the highly successful ‘P’ type pump, we are now also utilizing the ‘Hi-Q’ and Century pumps in our jetting equipment. Our quality, reliability, value and service are the reason why we have sold over 11,000 units worldwide.

The P Type pump offers pressures from 2000 psi – 6000 psi with flow rates up 18 gpm The Century pump offers up to 10,000 psi with flow rates up to 40 gpm and the Aqua, 15,000 psi at 16 gom. This unique pump is ideally suited to pumping low viscosity fluids such as MEG, water based hydraulic fluids and scale inhibitor, at pressures up to 700 Bar. - Duct Desilting Jetters We have been building our cable duct desilting jetter for over 30 years and our machines have cleared thousand of meters of blocked ducts. They have significantly sped up the roll out of fibre optic cable and and helped civils avoidance – clearing old ducts that otherwise would have required dig up and replacement. Our cable duct desilting machines use the unique Harben diaphragm pump to create a pulsing water jet that can clear silt blockages from long lengths of underground cable duct. Silt trapped in long underground cable ducts can be difficult to remove but our duct desilting jetter can clear even the toughest blockages in minutes. A powerful water jet first loosens and then washes away compacted dirt. This leaves the duct clear, so that engineers can easily pull through additional fibre optic cable. The Flowplant duct desilter jetter range extends to three models. - Water Jetting PPE & Safety Equipment It is very important that all operators use the correct water jetting PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety equipment. Our jetting helmets are fully adjustable and meet all current legislation. They are designed for high pressure water jetting operators and provide hearing, head, face and chin protection. Our jetting boots have been specially designed to withstand a water jet up to 800 bar (11,600 psi) accidentally passing over the top of the foot (metatarsal), an area that is left exposed by many other wellington boot designs. Such accidents can happen when using a jetting gun for washing down or surface cleaning. They are resistant to oils, petrol, dilute acids and alkalis and have a slip resistant sole and energy absorbing heel . The boot is designed to meet EN345-54 and DIN 2 3329. The WJA safety sign is a 340mm x 477mm foldable and waterproof sign with tough nylon eyelets making it easy to secure in place with ties or bungee straps.
