What we do
Regular servicing is the simplest way to reduce downtime, improve reliability and protect your investment. Our engineers carry out comprehensive inspections, maintenance and performance checks to identify issues before they become costly failures. With workshop and on-site servicing available, we help keep your equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably year-round.
When equipment breaks down, getting back to work quickly matters. Our engineers provide practical repair solutions, quickly identifying faults and restoring equipment to full working order. From pressure loss and pump issues to mechanical failures, our focus is always the same: keeping your equipment working and your business moving.
A worn or damaged pump doesn’t always need replacing. Our pump rebuild service restores performance, reliability and efficiency, helping extend the life of your equipment while reducing replacement costs. Every rebuild is completed by experienced engineers and thoroughly tested before returning your equipment to service.
Accurate fault diagnosis is the first step towards a fast solution. Our engineers use years of experience and specialist knowledge to identify problems quickly, often helping customers diagnose issues over the phone. By finding the root cause early, we can minimise downtime and recommend the most effective solution.
When support is needed on-site, our mobile engineers are ready to help. Operating across England, Scotland and Wales, we provide responsive field service support designed to minimise disruption and get equipment back into operation as quickly as possible. Expert help is never far away when you need it.
Refurbishment is a cost-effective way to extend equipment life and improve reliability. From major component replacement to complete overhauls, our engineers can restore equipment to a high operating standard, helping you maximise performance while delaying the cost of replacement.
The right parts, supplied quickly, can make all the difference when equipment is out of action. We provide a wide range of genuine parts and service components, backed by expert technical support. Our team will help identify the correct solution to keep your equipment running and minimise downtime.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only service Flowplant equipment?
No. In addition to Flowplant equipment, we service and repair a wide range of high-pressure cleaning and jetting equipment from other manufacturers. Many customers are surprised to learn this capability exists. Our engineers have extensive experience working on third-party equipment, including pump rebuilds, repairs and servicing.
What happens during an annual service?
Our engineers carry out a comprehensive inspection of your equipment, including servicing of the engine or powerpack, pump servicing and a full condition assessment. Any wear, damage or potential future issues are identified, and you’ll receive a digital report outlining findings and recommendations to help prevent unplanned downtime.
How quickly can you attend?
We understand the importance of keeping equipment operational. Telephone enquiries are typically handled immediately, while email enquiries are usually responded to within a few hours. Mobile engineer visits can often be arranged within 24-48 hours, depending on location and existing bookings.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We supply genuine spare parts and service components to support maintenance, repairs and planned servicing. Our team can identify the correct parts for your equipment and provide technical advice to help keep your equipment working safely and efficiently.
Can I book an annual maintenance programme?
Absolutely. We offer annual servicing programmes designed to identify issues before they become costly breakdowns. Regular maintenance helps improve reliability, reduce downtime and extend equipment life. We can also provide service reminders to ensure inspections and servicing are never missed.
Can you collect equipment?
Yes. We can arrange collection of equipment where required, or alternatively provide on-site support through our mobile service engineers. We’ll work with you to identify the most practical and efficient solution to minimise disruption and downtime.
How can I book in?
You can contact our central team and speak to Micheal or Jamie to book in at any of our depos or on the road on service@flowplant.com or over the phone by calling 01722 325424 (ex 2).
