Do you only service Flowplant equipment?
No. In addition to Flowplant equipment, we service and repair a wide range of high-pressure cleaning and jetting equipment from other manufacturers. Many customers are surprised to learn this capability exists. Our engineers have extensive experience working on third-party equipment, including pump rebuilds, repairs and servicing.
What happens during an annual service?
Our engineers carry out a comprehensive inspection of your equipment, including servicing of the engine or powerpack, pump servicing and a full condition assessment. Any wear, damage or potential future issues are identified, and you’ll receive a digital report outlining findings and recommendations to help prevent unplanned downtime.
How quickly can you attend?
We understand the importance of keeping equipment operational. Telephone enquiries are typically handled immediately, while email enquiries are usually responded to within a few hours. Mobile engineer visits can often be arranged within 24-48 hours, depending on location and existing bookings.
Do you supply spare parts?
