Includes:-
- 20 litres low toxicity (propylene glycol) anti-freeze fluid
- Replacement Harben pump diaphragms
- O-ring kits for Harben pump inlet and outlet valves
- Replacement pump crankcase oil
Suitable for Flowplant drain jetters fitted with the Harben pump.
Description
When the weather changes and temperatures drop, there is an increased chance of water freezing in jetting units. Trying to start or operate a unit that has been frozen could cause internal damage that will lead to an unwanted repair bill.
Flowplant advise taking precautions to prevent freezing, including following our anti-freeze procedure, and filling the unit with an anti-freeze solution.
On occasions where operators forget to protect their units, a speedy repair and return to work is essential.
We now offer a simple Freeze-Up Kit to support you. The kit contains the following :-
- 20 litres low toxicity (propylene glycol) anti-freeze fluid
- Replacement pump diaphragms for Flowplant “Harben” pumps
- O-ring kits for inlet and outlet valves
- 10 litres pump oil
With the above parts, this will allow a basic pump repair to be completed. This will not be sufficient in all cases, and some repairs will need additional items, but having this kit available could save you valuable down-time.
